Deputy C.D. Sullivan responded to a shoplifting incident involving a 19-year-old male suspect. Store staff reported the individual concealed $150 worth of jewelry in his pants and was also found with cigars. The suspect was charged with shoplifting and underage possession of tobacco and was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
