A late-night disturbance at Target turned comical when a man, initially attempting to flee, decided he was too intoxicated to continue and returned to the scene. Deputy W.A. Bolinsky arrived to find the man exhibiting clear signs of intoxication. The individual was charged with public intoxication and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail where he was held until sober.
