Deputy C.R. Newman discovered a Hyundai stopped in the middle of the roadway and found the driver asleep at the wheel. The driver showed signs of intoxication, admitted to drinking Twisted Tea, and had an open container in the center console. She was charged with driving under the influence and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 secured bond.
