A tense early morning encounter on American Legion Road led to the arrest of two individuals after a victim reported her ex-boyfriend had been following her throughout Stafford County for nearly 40 minutes. According to authorities, the suspect engaged in reckless driving and used his vehicle to block the victim’s car before confronting her. Meanwhile, his current girlfriend reportedly threw objects at the victim from their vehicle. Deputies located and arrested the man on charges including stalking, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and simple assault. His passenger was charged with throwing a missile at a moving vehicle. Both are being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
