Deputy S.M. Kotter arrested yet another DUI suspect after responding to a reckless driving complaint. A white truck, matching the complaint’s description, was spotted driving erratically and stopped at Wawa. Six open Corona bottles were discovered inside the truck, and the driver had no license. He was charged with DUI, drinking while driving, driving without a license, and refusal. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail pending a bond hearing.
