A peaceful afternoon at Brooks Park took a disturbing turn when a caller witnessed a naked man engaged in a lewd act. Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux located the suspect at a nearby Wawa based on the caller’s description. The suspect admitted to his actions and was charged with indecent exposure and public sexual display. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 secured bond.
