Deputies arrested a wanted woman at Target after receiving information about her whereabouts. She was wanted for unauthorized use of a vehicle and larceny. Deputies found her walking her husky inside the store. She is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,000 secured bond. The husky was released to a family member.
