Deputy M.N. Sayegh stopped a vehicle that was motionless at a green light. The driver displayed clear signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming beer, wine, and marijuana. He was charged with DUI and stopping on the roadway, then held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
