Deputy R.W. Stamm was dispatched to Buffalo Mo’s after staff reported a male patron who had become overly intoxicated. After being refused further service, the man declined an Uber ride home and continued loitering on the patio. The individual was ultimately charged with public intoxication and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
