An argument escalated into a violent encounter at the Woodwind Villa Apartments when a 32-year-old woman was forcibly taken into her apartment and assaulted. The accused, Kajuan Achante Demar Morris, 26, allegedly grabbed the victim during a verbal altercation and assaulted her inside the home. Minor injuries were reported. Morris fled before officers arrived but was arrested the following day. He is charged with abduction and domestic assault and battery. Bond was not available at the time of arrest.
