What began as a routine service of court paperwork escalated quickly on Lancaster Dr. Officers say Justin Antonio Espinoza, 35, became aggressive and resistant. While in custody, he allegedly kicked one officer and spat on several others. No injuries were reported. Espinoza now faces four counts of assault and battery on law enforcement officers and is being held without bond.
