A man was arrested for driving under the influence after a concerned citizen reported suspicious behavior outside White Oak Mart & Deli. The suspect, appearing intoxicated, exited the store with a six-pack and entered a Ford vehicle. Deputy S.C. Steinway made contact with the man, who admitted to drinking prior to the stop. After field sobriety tests, he was charged with DUI and held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
