A dispute over payment for a hairstyle ended in a potential larceny case at Queen Beauty on Garrisonville Road. A customer had braids done but reportedly refused to pay after learning the cost. She left the business without settling the bill. Deputy J.J. Holetzky advised the customer that she is still responsible for paying for the service, regardless of price shock, or she could face larceny charges. The case remains under investigation.
