Deputy D.S. Jett responded to a disturbance at the Sleep Inn early Wednesday morning after a caller reported a known male violating an Emergency Protective Order. The man was attempting to access the victim’s room despite the legal restrictions in place. Upon confirmation of the violation, the suspect was arrested and charged with violating the protective order. He is currently held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
