Deputy K.R. Sprinkles encountered a disabled Dodge Charger partially in the roadway. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the vehicle had a false registration and was stolen out of South Carolina. The driver was charged with grand larceny and displaying a false registration and is being held on a secured bond.
