First Sergeant M. R. Flick observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane on southbound I-95. A traffic stop was conducted with assistance from Deputy J. J. Holetzky. The driver showed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech and bloodshot eyes, and was arrested following field sobriety testing.
