Deputy C.A. Sharp responded to a disturbance at Amy’s Café, where a man stumbled into the business and began causing a scene. Upon arrival, Deputy Sharp noted the man exhibited clear signs of intoxication. The suspect was charged with public intoxication and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held until sober.
