A driver was charged with her second DUI in five years after crashing a Kia into a parked, unoccupied vehicle on Puri Lane. Deputy R.H. Ryan noted signs of intoxication, and the driver admitted to having four shots and wanting to get the investigation “over with.” She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
