Deputies found a man asleep on the ground after reports of someone jumping into traffic. The suspect admitted to drinking “four or five” Modelos and stated, “I’m drunk.” A search also turned up suspected controlled substances.
He was charged with public intoxication and possession of controlled substances. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
