Jail staff alerted authorities to drug activity when a female inmate was found in possession of a white powdery substance shortly after being transported to the facility. Deputy D.A. Robertson responded and obtained a warrant charging the woman with a felony by a prisoner. The substance is believed to be illicit drugs and further testing is expected.
