Deputy K.F. Shifflett responded to a call about an intoxicated man trespassing on a resident’s property along Carroll Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Shifflett found the male displaying clear signs of intoxication. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication, then taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
