An individual reported as suspicious at Black Rifle Coffee Company was found to be under the influence and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy M. N. Sayegh responded to the scene and observed the man swaying, nodding off, and speaking with slurred speech. The individual, identified as Antowon Baker, 42, of Triangle, was arrested for public intoxication. A search revealed paraphernalia with suspected drug residue. Baker was charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
