A suspect who rode away on an electric shopping cart from Walmart has been charged with grand larceny. Deputy M. N. Sayegh used store surveillance footage to identify the man, later locating the stolen cart charging at a nearby residence. The suspect, identified as Kenneth Limerick Sr., 58, of Stafford, admitted to the theft and was arrested. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
