Deputy N. J. Amato observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and crossing into the shoulder. Upon stopping the vehicle, the deputy noted the driver had glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol. An open container was also seen inside the vehicle. The driver, Cedric Jones, 38, of Spotsylvania, was arrested and charged with:
