Deputy B. E. Vaughn responded to a report of an intoxicated driver leaving a restaurant. The suspect vehicle was found at a nearby Wawa. The driver, Carl Savoy Jr., 41, of Stafford, was found to be impaired and arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI with elevated blood alcohol content and is being held without bond.
