Deputy S.M. Kotter assisted First Sergeant M.L. Jacobeen with two suspicious individuals at the Staffordboro Commuter Lot. One subject, Luis Pineda Vega, 29, of Oxen Hill, Maryland, appeared under the influence of marijuana. Vega was arrested for public intoxication and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail.
