Deputy S. Waheed responded to reports of a white truck swerving in traffic near Foxwood Drive. The driver, Rafael Meras Estrada, 52, of Stafford, was visibly intoxicated and failed sobriety tests. Estrada, who had a BAC over .20, was charged with DUI (third or subsequent offense), drinking while driving, and driving without a license. He is held without bond.
