Deputy M. A. Holub responded to a disturbance involving a man banging on a door in a neighborhood. Kanfory Yattara, 25, of Stafford, showed clear signs of intoxication and was arrested for public intoxication. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
