Deputies responding to a single-vehicle crash found the car off an embankment with major damage. The driver, Samantha Jones, 23, of King George, exhibited glassy eyes, slurred speech, and became combative during the investigation. She was arrested for DUI, assaulting a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, and a seat belt violation. Jones was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
