Deputies stopped Martees Curtis, 52, of Stafford VA, after observing erratic driving and lane violations. Curtis had red, glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. Curtis is being held on a secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
