A report of a vehicle weaving into other lanes led to the arrest of Catherine Alvarado Lopez, 26, of Manassas. She was observed failing to maintain her lane and showed signs of intoxication. Lopez was charged with DUI (with elevated blood alcohol content) and failure to maintain lane. She is being held under a secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
