A shoplifting incident at Target led to the arrest of 26-year-old Nia Henson of Stafford. Loss prevention staff attempted to stop the suspect after she stole merchandise, but she fled the scene. Surveillance footage showed her dropping a restaurant-branded visor before the theft. Deputy N. J. Amato tracked the visor to a nearby restaurant, where the suspect was located and identified. Henson was charged with shoplifting and petit larceny and is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
