A traffic stop on Garrisonville Road led to the arrest of Henry Thomas, 23, of Stafford, after deputies discovered multiple violations including narcotics and firearms offenses. Deputy C. R. Newman initiated the stop after identifying a stolen license plate on the vehicle. During the investigation, a concealed firearm and a second stolen license plate were also found. A search revealed suspected controlled substances and marijuana, along with items suggesting drug distribution. Thomas was charged with multiple offenses, including drug distribution, firearm violations, and driving on a suspended license. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
