Deputies responded to debris in the roadway caused by a vehicle striking multiple mailboxes. The license plate found at the scene led deputies to Mountain View Market, where they located the damaged vehicle. The driver, Edwin Rigsbee, 54, of Stafford, showed signs of intoxication and had an open alcohol container in his car. He was charged with DUI, drinking while driving, and two counts of hit and run. Rigsbee is being held on a secured bond.
