Deputies observed suspicious behavior in the parking lot of Staybridge Suites, leading to the arrest of 23-year-old Kandyce Soto of Long Beach, California. Soto was found intoxicated and had just poured alcohol onto the pavement in an apparent attempt to conceal drinking. She was charged with DUI with elevated BAC and held on a secured bond. A male companion, Arthur Tristan, 34, of Hemet, California, was arrested for public intoxication.
