A lifted truck’s erratic movements drew the attention of Sergeant S. C. Jett as it drove off-road and through two business parking lots before stopping at Sheetz. The driver, identified as Jaykeb Williams, 24, of Stafford, stumbled out of the vehicle displaying clear signs of alcohol impairment. Williams was charged with DUI (elevated BAC) and drinking while driving. He is being held without bond.
