Deputy D. S. Jett arrested Joshua Tucker, 27, of King George, after observing his vehicle swerving and driving over a curb. Tucker showed signs of intoxication and refused both field sobriety tests and a breath sample. Several empty alcohol containers were found inside the vehicle. He was charged with DUI (second offense in ten years), refusal to submit to a breath test, drinking while driving, reckless driving, and failure to maintain control. Tucker was held on a secured bond.
