Deputy L. T. Smith responded to a disturbance involving a man found asleep behind the wheel with the keys in the ignition. The subject, identified as Oliverio Vergara Nieto, 49, of Stafford, was charged with DUI (second offense within 10 years), driving after license forfeiture, and obstruction of justice. He was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
