Deputy S. Waheed arrived at a crash scene to find a vehicle flipped into a ditch. Two occupants were on scene. The female initially claimed to be the driver, but it was later confirmed that the male, Mathew McCeney, 22, of Woodford, was behind the wheel. He was arrested for DUI. The female, Catheryn Karpik, 24, of Stafford, was issued a summons for obstruction of justice.
