Shonta D. Brown was arrested on Warrenton Road following a traffic stop for expired registration. A deputy detected the odor of marijuana and discovered approximately half a pound of suspected marijuana and a digital scale in Brown’s vehicle. She was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
