Deputies responded to Buffalo Moe’s for a reported fight in progress during the early morning hours. Upon arrival, deputies observed an individual actively resisting arrest. Additional deputies assisted in bringing the suspect under control.
Investigators determined the suspect had thrown a barstool at a security guard during the disturbance. The individual showed clear signs of intoxication.
Nehemiah Coleman, 36, of Falls Church, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, obstruction of justice, and public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
