The victim reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to represent DoorDash regarding a customer cancellation. The caller requested the email associated with the account and an access code.
After providing the information, the victim was unable to access their account and believed funds had been stolen. When the victim contacted DoorDash, the company was unable to locate the account.
