Multiple Arrests Made After Narcotics Investigation at Warrenton Road Hotel

Location: 564 Warrenton Road Stafford VA
Time: 3/12 8:43 a.m.

A narcotics investigation at a Stafford hotel led to several arrests after deputies discovered drugs and paraphernalia in a hotel room.

Deputy Sayegh assisted Deputy Jones during contact with a wanted suspect at the Clarion Inn. While deputies were speaking with the suspect, a second individual attempted to remove an item from the suspect’s pocket and was detained. That person appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking.

During the investigation, deputies also spoke with another individual who voluntarily produced drug paraphernalia from their pocket. Additional narcotics and paraphernalia were located inside a suitcase, a medicine bottle, and a purse. More items were later found on individuals during processing at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Authorities were then told more people were inside the hotel room. Deputies instructed them to exit, and two additional individuals were identified—both of whom had outstanding warrants. Drugs and paraphernalia were also located on them and inside the room.

Those arrested were identified as:

  • Robin Brickman, 29, of Fredericksburg

  • Rachel Jordan, 39, of Fredericksburg

  • Gerald Washington, 56, of Stafford

  • Kayla Beverly, 24, of Woodford

Each was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Brickman also faces a charge of public intoxication. Washington and Beverly were additionally served on outstanding warrants.

Brickman, Jordan, and Washington were held without bond, while Beverly was held on a secured bond. All narcotics and paraphernalia were collected as evidence.
