Two individuals were arrested following a theft investigation at a Stafford Wawa that uncovered both current and past incidents.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop after locating the suspects and observed suspicious behavior inside the vehicle. Both individuals admitted to stealing items, and surveillance footage confirmed multiple thefts.
Donna Frias, 26, of Stafford, was charged with concealment and released with a court date.
Jair Arreguin, 28, of Stafford, was charged with concealment and petit larceny and released on a personal recognizance bond.
