Deputies responded to a noise complaint and encountered two individuals showing clear signs of intoxication, including unsteady balance and the odor of alcohol.
Alfredo Tun-Pop, 40, and Ramiro Sebastian, 36, both of Fredericksburg, were arrested and charged with public intoxication. They were held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
