Deputies responding to a disturbance encountered two individuals showing clear signs of intoxication. During the investigation, one suspect was found with a white powdery substance and attempted to bribe an officer.
Kevin Munoz Rubio, 25, of Stafford, faces multiple charges including public intoxication, drug possession, and bribery. Ricardo Reyes-Mariscal, 25, of Woodbridge, was also arrested for public intoxication.
