Deputies arrested a Manassas man for public intoxication after spotting him stumbling behind a Walmart in Stafford County.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the man admitted to drinking earlier in the day and showed signs of intoxication, including an unsteady balance and a strong odor of alcohol. Deputies also located a bottle of alcohol on his person.
Jose Nativi, 44, of Manassas, was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
