A traffic stop near Publix resulted in the arrest of a Washington, D.C., man on a DUI charge. Deputies reported that 37-year-old Markee Campbell displayed several indicators of impairment, including slurred speech, an unsteady balance, and a strong odor of alcohol. Campbell was arrested and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
