Deputies investigating a report of an erratic driver made contact with the suspect at a residence and observed signs of alcohol impairment. Authorities determined a child had been inside the vehicle during the incident. Lissbeth Cruz Quintanilla, 26, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and abuse and neglect of a child. She was held on a secured bond.
