Deputies investigating a four-wheeler crash learned the operator had struck a tree. Authorities reported the driver showed signs of impairment and became argumentative during the investigation. Following sobriety testing, Armando Martinez, 22, of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a breath test allegedly showed a blood alcohol content above the legal limit.
